Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement enterprise-level information management strategies aligned to organisational and client objectives across programmes and portfolios.
•Establish and maintain IM policies, standards, and procedures in line with ISO 19650 and governance frameworks, and provide assurance reporting to governance forums.
•Oversee end-to-end information lifecycle management with metadata standards and classification structures across systems.
•Lead the configuration, administration, and optimisation of digital platforms including CDEs, Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online, and BIM platforms; govern access controls and workflows.
•Lead, mentor, and develop Information Management and Document Control teams, allocating resources based on project priorities and risk profiles.

Key Requirements

•8+ years’ experience in Information Management, Digital Delivery, or Data Governance within the built environment or infrastructure sector
•Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Information Management, Data Science, or a related discipline
•Experience with governance frameworks (ISO 19650, ISO 27001) and information risk management
•Strong leadership and people management capability with ability to influence senior stakeholders
•Security clearance: must have or be able to obtain SC Security Clearance
