Department Manager - Agronomics

Lead as the Agronomics expert for a branch department, partnering with customers and branch leadership to support sales and operations. Assist with planning, statistical demand forecasting, and integrating supply and demand. Drive an incident-free, safety-first culture, manage inventory and target customer mix, and train agronomic staff. Collaborate to adopt new technologies and ways of working to improve business performance while supporting other departments as needed.
