Key Responsibilities

  • •Orchestrate the carrier integration program using timelines, status trackers, risk and decision logs, and launch-readiness checklists.
  • •Set the pace for the squad and hold internal teams and the carrier accountable to a shared plan.
  • •Own delivery end-to-end by tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks and driving resolution across Product, Engineering, and Connectivity Operations.
  • •Partner with Engineering as a technical peer by understanding API contracts, eSIM/interconnect flows, and network configuration well enough to unblock architectural decisions.
  • •Translate carrier documentation into a sequenced execution plan and coordinate technical alignment with decision logs; act as the connective tissue across Gigs, carriers, and third-party vendors while helping build the playbook.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in technical program/project management, technical delivery, or solutions/partner engineering, with hands-on experience running API-based integrations.
  • •Able to read API documentation and technical specs and hold substantive technical conversations about architecture and tradeoffs.
  • •Proven track record owning ambiguous, multi-stakeholder builds end-to-end, including external partners, from kickoff to launch.
  • •Structured communicator who can drive alignment across Engineering, Product, and external carrier/vendor stakeholders, including at leadership level.
  • •Bias to unblock by spotting risks early and driving resolution instead of escalating and waiting.
