Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety first and operate CNC equipment safely to achieve production standards.
  • •Execute production according to plan and ensure processes and documentation meet ISO 9001/14001/45001 requirements.
  • •Perform quality assurance for assembly, welding, and machining operations.
  • •Carry out daily machine maintenance as per checklist and maintenance guidance; plan operations to maximize machine and manpower utilization.
  • •Coordinate material movement and daily operations with production planning, purchasing, maintenance, design, and quality; drive corrective and preventive actions and maintain Movex entries.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Engineering with 1 to 3 years of experience in heavy engineering industry, machine shop, or thread rolling operations.
  • •Ability to operate CNC equipment (including CNC turning) safely and efficiently.
  • •Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 processes and documentation.
  • •Basic knowledge of metallurgy and different grades of raw material for manufacturing operations.
  • •Knowledge of equipment maintenance, planning processes, and systems such as Infor M3 and Movex.
