  • •Develop and execute store retail strategies based on local market knowledge and business trends.
  • •Lead and coach the store team to reinforce ALO’s mission, growth, accountability, inclusivity, and performance.
  • •Oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual managers to ensure execution of key strategies and guidelines.
  • •Drive merchandising and salesfloor visual standards using business performance data and KPIs.
  • •Create effective schedules, maintain labor efficiency, and support a safe work environment and efficient operations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.

  • •Ability to lift/push/carry up to 50 pounds and safely move throughout the store (including ladder climbing).
