Key Responsibilities

•Lead Front-end SoC Design team in India for AMD flagship Instinct GPU SoC.
•Lead execution for SoC Front-end function from uArch till Netlist for complex SoCs and align with a Director-level scope.
•Act as the primary SoC interface across IP teams, SoC architecture, Firmware and software, Platform, packaging, and test teams; ensure bidirectional requirement closure between SoC and partner teams.
•Deliver micro-architecture and execute SoC RTL construction.
•Drive IP integration, including Clock/Reset, UPF, pad ring, and SoC pervasive logic; own SoC DV, CDC/RDC, lint, low-power checks, RTL cleanup, ECOs, and formality sign-off.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 8,005,620 - 11,436,600 annually

Key Requirements

•20+ years of experience in frontend with leadership at senior manager or director level.
•Ability to lead a Front-end SoC Design team for complex SoCs and drive cross-functional collaboration across IP, SoC architecture, firmware, software, platform, packaging and test teams.
•Experience delivering micro-architecture and RTL construction, as well as IP integration (Clock/Reset, UPF, pad ring) and SoC pervasive logic.
•Ownership of SoC DV, CDC/RDC, lint, low-power checks, RTL cleanup, ECOs, and formality sign-off; ability to drive reviews and sign-off readiness for PPA targets.
•Experience with Bring-Up and post-silicon support and serving as a technical interface during chip bring-up and triage.
