Video Systems Manager

Manage MSI’s Maintenance Agreement for video solutions by coordinating daily activities with local service providers and leading relationships with customers. Ensure contractual response/restoration commitments are met, drive customer satisfaction, and coordinate internal resources as needed. Remotely diagnose system failures, facilitate call management, and lead emergency service efforts and escalations for complex issues across the customer base.
