Key Responsibilities

  • •Wire and troubleshoot single- and three-phase electric motors, including phase rotation verification.
  • •Troubleshoot standard control circuits (24VDC, 120VAC) and process signals (0-10VDC, 4-20mA).
  • •Install (in-kind), troubleshoot, and maintain industrial and motor control hardware (sensors, indicators, electro-mechanical relays).
  • •Install, troubleshoot, and maintain application-specific controllers (smart relays, smart timers, process meters, scale controllers, CEMs).
  • •Understand and comply with OSHA and local codes; participate in plant training and safety programs and perform other duties as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (required).
  • •Knowledge or experience with medium voltage.
  • •Experience with PLCs and VFDs.

  • •Read, write, and speak English; ability to read and understand labels, blueprints, and schematics (instruction manuals and written instructions).
