Key Responsibilities

  • •Own shift performance for UPW, wastewater, reclaim, and supporting Water Services systems to meet safety, quality, reliability, and factory goals.
  • •Set priorities, assign work, follow up on commitments, maintain housekeeping, and hold the team accountable for daily tasks.
  • •Monitor alarms, trends, rounds, samples, and operating conditions; ensure issues are escalated, documented, communicated, and resolved.
  • •Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Construction, contractors, suppliers, technicians, and fab customers during planned work, commissioning, recovery, and crisis response.
  • •Improve procedures, training materials, checklists, passdowns, and standard work; support root-cause analysis and drive actions to closure.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •2+ years operating or maintaining water treatment, chemical processing, or semiconductor facilities systems.
  • •Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule with rotating day/night shifts every four months.
  • •Relevant experience in facilities, water treatment, wastewater, industrial maintenance, operations, military service, or a related technical field.
  • •Prior leadership experience coordinating people, priorities, safety, accountability, and follow-up as a supervisor/shift lead/lead technician or similar role.
