Assistant Director Safety & Engineering

Lead the attraction technical/project management team to develop technical approaches and oversee execution with vendors. Drive end-to-end planning from concept feasibility and scope/RFP review through vendor assessment, installation strategy, and field testing/adjust-and-SAT. Manage technical and schedule risk, ensure Universal standards and compliance (including California DOSH sign-off and ADA accessibility), and support patent pursuit and defense while balancing budget, schedule, and creative constraints.
