Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop technical approach for major attraction elements and oversee execution with vendors
  • •Lead scope of work development and review, including ride/show scope and RFP review/approval
  • •Assess and mitigate technical and schedule risk for projects
  • •Oversee field installation strategy and execution, including field test and adjust and SAT
  • •Lead efforts to achieve California DOSH sign off and oversee ADA compliance, driving safety improvements and EHS responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years vendor management experience with significant in-field installation experience; or 5+ years related experience (theme park experience with show action equipment/ride systems is highly preferred)
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred
  • •Proven track record managing teams with direct reports and acting as an in-house mentor
  • •Experience with compliance activities, including for guest-facing interactions
  • •Ability to balance schedule, budgets, and technical milestones
  • •Ability to strategically forecast and solve issues before they become problems
