Review and process customer/provider claims accurately, maintain payment and payee records, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. Identify process improvements to simplify the claims journey, share knowledge and best practices with colleagues, and follow relevant regulatory, governance, and compliance requirements in a hybrid, permanent role.
