Manage and optimize the USINDOPACOM enterprise SIEM platform, supporting defensive cyber operations and maintaining DoD/USINDOPACOM cybersecurity compliance. Serve as the primary Splunk administrator for Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Security, ensuring performance, availability, secure updates, and ongoing monitoring of SIEM health and security posture. Build SIEM content (dashboards, alerts, correlation logic), support incident response, and maintain readiness through STIG/PKI compliance and ServiceNow ticket handling.
