Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and promotion of the internal control system across the organization (Logistics, Central Supply & After Sales, New Product Opportunities, HR, Finance, General Services)
  • •Oversee and coach a team of 6 employees, including 3 direct reports
  • •Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to pilot and implement internal control improvements and governance
  • •Ensure timely and accurate reporting on control effectiveness and risk mitigation actions
  • •Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure confidentiality and ethical compliance

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree (bac +5) in commerce, engineering or university
  • •minimum of 8 years of experience in internal controls or audit
