Job Summary

Drive NVIDIA’s global channel strategy for Jetson, IGX, and Embedded AI software platforms, aligning partner priorities with revenue, pipeline, and market expansion. Manage distributor performance through business reviews, scorecards, dashboards, and action plans. Build relationships with distributors and onboard ecosystem partners (OEMs, ISVs, system integrators) to accelerate adoption across key verticals. Partner with Marketing to execute MDF-funded programs, campaigns, and demand-generation initiatives that achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and drive global channel strategy for Jetson, IGX, and Embedded AI platforms aligned to revenue, pipeline, and expansion goals.
•Manage distributor performance using business reviews, scorecards, dashboards, and closed-loop action plans tied to outcomes.
•Build and manage relationships with global and regional distributors, ensuring executive alignment and disciplined business planning.
•Identify, develop, and onboard ecosystem partners (OEMs, ISVs, solution providers, system integrators) to accelerate adoption in key verticals.
•Partner with Marketing to deploy and track channel programs, MDF-funded activities, webinars, roadshows, and demand generation initiatives to build qualified pipeline and meet targets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
•8+ years of experience in sales, business development, channel management, or partner management in technology markets, including distribution-led go-to-market models.
•Proven success managing distributors and indirect channel performance, including business planning, partner accountability, and pipeline management.
•Experience working across multi-tier channels with ecosystem partners such as OEMs, ISVs, solution providers, integrators, or regional technology partners.
•Strong analytical and executive communication skills, with the ability to interpret partner data, recognize trends, and influence senior collaborators.
