Serve as a senior People Business Partner for leaders on the Product & Marketing team, translating business priorities into effective people strategies. Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development while leading full-cycle talent reviews, including succession planning, calibration, promotions, and compensation reviews. Use people analytics to assess organizational health, capability gaps, leadership effectiveness, and retention risks, then recommend actions that drive performance and decision-making.

•Partner directly with senior leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable people strategies.
•Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
•Lead full-cycle talent review processes including succession planning, calibration, promotion cycles, and compensation reviews.
•Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management & Development, and other functions to deliver a consistent employee experience.
•Bring people analytics to leadership to provide visibility into organizational health, capability gaps, leadership effectiveness, and talent retention, and recommend actions to drive performance and decisions.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a People Business Partner to VP-level leaders in fast-paced tech environments, building trusted relationships and influencing decisions with data-informed guidance.
•Strong knowledge of core HR domains including performance and talent management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and compensation, applicable in a Product & Marketing setting.
•Demonstrated ability to execute end-to-end people programs such as talent assessments, calibrations, and compensation reviews, using people data to shape recommendations.
•Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones, including familiarity with processes in EMEA.
•Comfort operating through change and ambiguity, balancing strategic input with hands-on execution, and communicating clearly asynchronously and cross-functionally.
