Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a People Business Partner to VP-level leaders in fast-paced tech environments, building trusted relationships and influencing decisions with data-informed guidance.
  • •Strong knowledge of core HR domains including performance and talent management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and compensation, applicable in a Product & Marketing setting.
  • •Demonstrated ability to execute end-to-end people programs such as talent assessments, calibrations, and compensation reviews, using people data to shape recommendations.
  • •Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones, including familiarity with processes in EMEA.
  • •Comfort operating through change and ambiguity, balancing strategic input with hands-on execution, and communicating clearly asynchronously and cross-functionally.
