Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality instruction to MPL cadets in the Basic Phase of training.
  • •Conduct ground and flight training in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • •Support and mentor cadets, ensuring they develop the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • •Work collaboratively with other instructors and training management to continuously improve training delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Pilots holding FI(A) with IR(A) instructional privileges or IRI(A) certification.
  • •Minimum of 1500 hours of experience in a multi-crew environment on the A320.
  • •Experience as copilots who previously worked as flight instructors and have since gained airline experience on the A320 is encouraged to apply.
  • •Strong desire to develop a career in the training field with potential to become an SFI or TRI.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
