Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle end-to-end procurement activities for API compressors, pumps, mechanical packages, and CAPEX equipment, including sourcing from approved suppliers.
  • •Run floating RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, bid analysis, and supplier selection, negotiating pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranty, and contractual conditions.
  • •Develop and maintain strategic OEM and supplier relationships, including vendor qualification, performance evaluation, supplier audits, and corrective actions.
  • •Manage CAPEX procurement for capital equipment, plant machinery, utilities, fabrication items, and project-related purchases aligned to engineering and project requirements.
  • •Track order progress, expedite critical deliveries, and coordinate with logistics, quality, engineering, and warehouse teams to resolve supply chain issues affecting project execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, or related discipline.
  • •MBA/PGDM in supply chain management or operations (preferred).
  • •3–6 years of procurement experience in API compressors, pumps, rotating equipment, EPC, oil & gas, petrochemical, power, or manufacturing industries.
  • •Experience in CAPEX procurement and project purchasing for capital equipment and project-related purchases.
  • •Strong exposure to OEMs, engineering equipment, and project procurement, with knowledge of API standards and rotating equipment procurement.
