Key Responsibilities

•Lead engineering to migrate the marketing site and customer funnels from Webflow to a self-hosted frontend built on Next.js/Vercel and Payload CMS.
•Architect dynamic, programmatic landing page templates for VIP accounts that deliver tailored assets and account metrics without layout shifts or visual flicker.
•Implement robust in-platform tracking to identify data gaps and provide sales teams full visibility into account activity.
•Pipe event data and user traits from PostHog and outbound tooling into Salesforce CRM, optimizing API payloads for data hygiene.
•Build growth experimentation infrastructure and design, launch, and analyze server-side A/B tests to drive enterprise demo bookings.
