Expert - Dry Ports Operations

Analyze and develop operational requirements and port operations plans for international port facilities, including dry ports. Ensure efficient and safe cargo handling and vessel movements, advise on regulatory compliance, and support knowledge sharing across sites. Coordinate with internal teams to shape proposals and OPEX inputs, evaluate new projects and growth opportunities, and assess technology, risk, and contingency planning to improve capacity and service quality.
