Key Responsibilities

  • •Under the guidance of a PMO/Project Manager, provide project support by distributing work, monitoring progress, and resolving execution issues.
  • •Own the overall project execution schedule and execution according to the project plan to achieve on-time committed dates.
  • •Anchor execution of KOB1/KOB2 projects and direct sequential processing across Order Administration, Engineering, Drafting, and Plant Project Coordinators.
  • •Coordinate approvals and submissions for project deliverables (e.g., inspection and test plan, drawings, manufacturing procedures, performance bonds, insurance certificates).
  • •Support invoicing per contractual agreements, implement change order processing, and follow up/expedite scope-of-work items to ensure on-time delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in control valves engineering.
  • •In-depth knowledge of control valve products and bill of material processing.
  • •Good understanding of product specifications and Incoterms.
  • •Ability to develop and present innovative solutions to problems, and optimize work processes to improve performance metrics.
  • •Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering; PMP is preferred.
