Job Summary

Lead daily operations to deliver quality products safely and within target timeframes. Organize work among employees and subcontractors, motivate and evaluate staff, and train new team members. Ensure strict execution of safety, wellbeing, and environmental policies with corrective actions when needed. Drive production planning to meet rendement and quality goals, manage disruptions (panne), and report deviations and machine issues to the relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Organize work and stimulate good cooperation between employees, including subcontractors.
•Motivate, coach, and evaluate employees.
•Create a safe workplace by translating and implementing the safety policy; continuously focus on safety with the Preventieadviseur and take corrective action when needed.
•Execute the production plan within set rendement targets while maintaining safety and the required quality level.
•Manage disruptions (panne) through first-line maintenance/cleanup, and report deviations such as quality issues, machine breakdowns, and dangerous situations to the maintenance team and the Plant Manager.
