Key Responsibilities

  • •Pilot the program in the interest of all stakeholders (development, production, support, subcontractors).
  • •Animate the core team and the Thales/CS Group GME program, acting as project mandate.
  • •Supervise system production and series system delivery in collaboration with the IAS industrial center.
  • •Negotiate and implement project amendments requested by the DGA.
  • •Ensure contractual and legal compliance, deliver quality/schedule/performance targets, manage risks, and run reporting meetings and COPIL preparations.

Key Requirements

  • •Recognized experience in project management for France/Export and in Air Defense system architectures.
  • •Good knowledge of the defense sector.
  • •Ability to negotiate and build trusting relationships with clients, partners, and the internal team.
  • •Leadership and ability to convince, supporting innovative projects.
  • •Fluent English (talks anglais couramment).
