Key Responsibilities

•Mix, blend, and formulate batches of raw ingredients and materials into finished products according to formulas, procedures, and quality standards.
•Verify batch weights and quantities through mathematical calculations and document results.
•Follow GMP and safety procedures for handling and storage of food products and report violations to management.
•Assist Team Leader and Production Supervisor in training new employees and conducting competency reviews.
•Pull product samples for quality analysis and properly sign off on batch reports with date/time

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28.09 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent
•3-5 years related experience in a food plant or manufacturing environment
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle heavier loads (e.g., 55-gallon drums) safely
•Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitation standards
•Ability to understand and perform essential duties of Production Tech II (liquid blending, vanilla blending, SAP) and Production Tech I responsibilities
