Job Summary

Provide on-site support for AVSPL customers by setting up and breaking down conference spaces, performing preventative maintenance, and cleaning and maintaining AV equipment. You’ll document job site work, deliver client training, and install non-complex AV components while troubleshooting and operating audio/video systems. Work closely with customers and internal teams (Global Helpdesk/SIG) and travel to customer sites as required, following local safety standards.

•Set up and break down conference spaces to meet customer event needs.
•Perform preventative maintenance, including testing, repair, and ensuring technology works as designed.
•Clean AV equipment (e.g., camera lenses, monitors, equipment fans) and maintain equipment readiness.
•Handle job site documentation and provide client training on AV technology as needed.
•Operate, troubleshoot, and support audio/video systems, including meeting support and installing non-complex AV components; travel to job sites as required.
