Vans: Supervisor - Natick Mall

Lead store operations at a Vans retail location by coaching and developing associates and partnering with the Store Manager team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Monitor KPIs and sales goals, model consumer-centric selling behaviors, and ensure operational excellence across opening/closing, merchandising, stockroom inventory flow, and loss-prevention practices. Support training and onboarding, uphold safety and company policies, and help promote local community engagement.
