Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily store operations and provide exceptional client experience aligned with Hermès sales and service guidelines.
  • •Handle complex client experience issues including exchanges, returns, and after-sales repairs processes.
  • •Capture accurate client and activity information through POS and CRM systems and communicate feedback to store management.
  • •Perform back-of-house duties including housekeeping, unpacking and distributing stock deliveries, and supporting cycle counts and stock takes.
  • •Maintain visual merchandising and BOH standards, drive métier ambassadorship, and support training for new product launches.

Key Requirements

  • •Availability to work within a 7-day roster including weekends and evening trading hours.
  • •A strong background in customer service and/or sales, with luxury environment experience advantageous.
