Job Summary

Drive both sales and pre-sales technical support for Leviat’s construction accessories portfolio. Provide customers technical advice on product use, recommend safe and cost-effective solutions, and create pull-through strategies to grow brand and market share. Proactively pursue projects and stakeholders to meet sales goals, resolve product and sales issues in the territory, and deliver consultative selling plus customer training on features, benefits, and installation.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical solutions and advice to customers on the use of Leviat brand products to support sales growth.
•Pursue projects and industry stakeholders in the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales goals.
•Create and implement Sales/Marketing pull-through strategies to increase brand and product market share.
•Identify, communicate, and resolve product and sales issues on-site within assigned territories and coach/educate customers and teams.
•Train customers on product features, benefits, and installation, and remain current on industry trends, competitors, and product improvements.

Key Requirements

•High-performance sales experience in the construction industry, including direct sales to Precast/Prestress customers, contractors and/or fabricators (preferred).
•Proactively pursue projects and industry stakeholders to ensure the assigned market meets or exceeds sales goals.
•Create and implement Sales/Marketing pull through strategies to increase brand and product market share.
•Provide timely, on-site identification, communication and resolution of product and sales issues within assigned territories.
•Deliver consultative selling and train customers on product features, benefits, and installation to build preference for the portfolio.
