Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general labor duties under general supervision, including grading grain, cleaning bins, and routine maintenance.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, opening hatches, attaching/detaching flexible hoses, and controlling load-out functions.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment and operate automated scale/dump systems.
  • •Monitor inventory quality and conduct daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and record keeping; inspect equipment for leaks and seeps.
  • •Maintain safe, clean work areas, report customer complaints and safety concerns to the supervisor, and follow all safety policies and procedures.
