Job Summary

Join the CEO Office to help turn CEO priorities for an AI neobank app expansion into day-to-day execution. Drive initiatives from problem definition through outcomes, track OKRs and decision-making across teams, and support licensing, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and market launch. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams, identify execution gaps, and handle urgent, cross-functional problems with strong judgement.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution.
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
•Work cross-functionally to identify execution gaps and handle urgent business problems outside a single department.

Key Requirements

•High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
•Clear writer and structured thinker with strong follow-through.
•Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
•Able to handle ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
