Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Build Release and Self-Hosted Orchestration and Tooling engineers.
  • •Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • •Monitor delivery progress, identify blockers, drive resolution, and communicate context to stakeholders.
  • •Partner with US BRE/SHOT leadership to align team priorities with organizational goals.
  • •Maintain technical depth in CI/CD and release engineering to resolve difficult problems when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •10-12 years of experience leading engineering teams or complex cross-functional software engineering initiatives.
  • •2+ years managing engineering teams, including 1:1s, performance management, and career development.
  • •Experience leading globally distributed product engineering or Center of Excellence teams across time zones.
  • •Strong understanding of Agile development, modern engineering practices, and product delivery lifecycles.
  • •Strong technical background in CI/CD, automation, and release engineering, with experience in Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code.
