Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day accounting activities across Digital channel operations and own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for assigned digital workstreams to ensure accurate and timely results.
•Prepare, review, and approve journal entries and account reconciliations; provide guidance to ensure quality, timeliness, and consistent application of accounting policies.
•Perform root-cause analysis on variances and unusual transactions, driving cross-functional resolution and implement preventive controls.
•Prepare and/or review reconciliations for digital payment processors and settlements, including fees, chargebacks, and timing differences.
•Analyze refunds, returns, cancellations, discounts, and other digital adjustments to ensure appropriate accounting and clear variance explanations.

Salary: USD 87,000 - 97,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
•5+ years of progressive accounting experience including month-end close ownership
•Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial controls

•Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large, high-volume datasets; experience improving processes/controls and partnering with Finance Systems
