Key Responsibilities

•Execute the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, acting as the on-ground face of the brand
•Prioritize high-volume physical walk-ins and face-to-face negotiations to acquire new partners monthly
•Maintain and optimize a high-velocity CRM workflow to ensure no opportunity is missed and every lead is tracked with precision
•Own territory by signing high-quality deals quickly and moving from initial contact to closure within 1–2 visits
•Coordinate with Partner Growth teams for a seamless transition of signed partners and ensure ongoing partner success

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of high-impact B2B or Field Sales experience with a documented track record of success in high-volume, transactional environments (e.g., payment processing or high-frequency B2B sales)
•Disciplined ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and consistently hit monthly acquisition targets; skilled at objection handling and negotiation
•Experience from high-velocity sales backgrounds (Merchant Acquisition, FinTech/SaaS Field Sales SMB focus, or high-frequency FMCG B2B)
•Results-driven with a hunter mentality; ability to own territory and drive uncapped commission outcomes
