Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain creative vision and overall design objectives for all regional projects.
  • •Collaborate with clients and project teams to translate needs into concepts that meet functional, aesthetic, and budget requirements.
  • •Support senior leadership in project pursuit efforts to achieve financial objectives and growth targets.
  • •Oversee quality of architectural design across office projects, including briefs, design goals, milestones, and compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and schedules.
  • •Lead design charrettes and share design concepts with other offices; contribute to national design practice initiatives and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Architecture and licensed to practice in Quebec.
  • •More than 10 years of experience leading project design initiatives.
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience (preferred).
  • •Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop design professionals.
  • •Working knowledge of English for initiatives outside Quebec and collaboration across Canada.
