Job Summary

Lead stakeholder engagement, consultation, and communications for major infrastructure projects across Ireland. Develop communications strategies, project narratives, and audience-specific collateral, manage communications channels, and map stakeholders to create engagement plans. Support consultation delivery through surveys and feedback analysis, plan physical and virtual events with logistics and safety, and maintain client relationships with accurate reporting, while contributing to business development through proposals and tenders.

•Develop communications strategies, delivery plans, project narratives, key messages, and audience-specific collateral for digital users, media, local communities, statutory bodies, technical groups, and elected representatives.
•Manage communications channels.
•Identify and map key stakeholders and create engagement strategies and delivery plans for client projects.
•Support consultation delivery by developing surveys, managing stakeholder feedback channels, and analysing consultation responses.
•Plan and deliver events (physical and virtual), including logistics, tailored materials, Q&As, briefing colleagues, and ensuring attendee safety and wellbeing.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering communications, engagement, and consultation on projects of different sizes, ideally major infrastructure schemes.
•Experience across relevant sectors such as infrastructure, energy, water, transport, residential and commercial development; ability to engage diverse audiences and stakeholder groups.
•Proactive, ambitious, and able to work independently and in a team while bringing new ideas for engagement.
•Strong personal communication skills with cultural awareness; focus on inclusion and accessibility.
•A relevant degree or an equivalent number of years of successful, relevant experience.
