Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely and efficiently operate offshore production facilities, including well clean-up campaigns and hydrocarbon export operations.
  • •Coordinate contractor-led well clean-up activities and monitor production performance to maintain operational targets and parameters.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, lead toolbox talks, enforce safe work practices, and support emergency response activities.
  • •Oversee permit-to-work (Control of Work) activities to ensure compliance and safe execution of operational tasks.
  • •Prepare shift handovers and coordinate with Production Supervisors to maintain optimal operating parameters.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced in DCS/ICSS operations and process isolations/de-isolations, including plant line-up verification using P&IDs.
  • •Proven leadership and decision-making in remote offshore and rotational environments.
  • •Strong HSE knowledge, including hazard identification, LOTO, permit-to-work systems, gas testing, and emergency response.
  • •Effective communicator able to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage operational challenges.
  • •Offshore certifications including BOSIET/FOET and HUET, plus a valid offshore medical certificate (e.g., OGUK).
