Job Summary

Labor Planning Associate builds and validates labor plans for HelloFresh’s U.S. distribution centers, partnering with Planning, Data, and Engineering teams to drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and staffing effectiveness in a hybrid environment. You’ll own short-term labor planning, analyze data, and translate business requirements into actionable tooling and processes in a high-growth operations setting.

Job Function: Laboratory & Clinical Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Work alongside other members of the Planning team to validate labor plans and improve overall accuracy.
•Track progress to and deviations from the plan, assist with problem-solving and root cause analysis.
•Serve as a technical liaison between Planning and Data/Engineering teams to translate business requirements, resolve escalations and contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes.
•Own short-term labor planning to ensure operational sites are set up for success with staffing needs, optimizing for cost and experience.
•Support all labor management functions by driving enhancements in headcount planning, attrition curves, scheduling, and cohort balancing based on data.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree - Engineering, Mathematics, or Business/ Supply Chain preferred.
•Experience in roles that require driving operational efficiency and influencing stakeholders using data interpretation.
•Advanced data analysis and tool development experience using Google Sheets and/or MS Excel.
•Proficiency in Google App Scripts, SQL and Tableau.
•Proficiency in Snowflake or similar platforms.
