Job Summary

Deliver instructor-led training for Filigran customers, from onboarding sessions to advanced technical workshops, including leading lab-based learning using CloudShare (or equivalent). Help shape scalable delivery frameworks, build libraries of advanced training content for OpenCTI and OpenAEV, and develop learning paths and certification programs. Provide strategic input to the product roadmap by surfacing learner gaps, represent Filigran with customer leadership, and mentor peers to uphold quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and deliver instructor-led training (onsite and virtual) across the customer base, from onboarding to advanced workshops.
•Lead lab-based workshops using CloudShare or equivalent environments and provide hands-on learning experiences.
•Collaborate on the training delivery model (cadence, format, packaging, scalability) with the Director of Content Management and peer consultants.
•Build and maintain training content libraries for OpenCTI and OpenAEV, including demo datasets and lab environments.
•Develop learning paths and certification programs, contribute to quality standards, and mentor Content Managers and junior consultants.

Key Requirements

•Proven Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) expertise, including threat actor tracking, intelligence workflows, and dissemination (platform experience secondary).
•Significant experience delivering technical training to practitioner-level audiences in cybersecurity or adjacent domains.
•Strong instructional design skills to independently turn complex platform capabilities into learner-ready content.
•Experience building and facilitating lab-based learning environments (CloudShare, AWS, or equivalent).
•Exceptional communication and executive presence; fluent English (additional languages a plus).
