Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support your team daily with on-site presence, briefings, information sharing, and team stand-up/updates.
  • •Participate in onboarding: integrate new drivers, support them at start, validate probation periods, and follow up on allocations.
  • •Develop driver professionalism through professional interviews, identify training needs, and propose recommendations.
  • •Ensure compliance with company rules and procedures, especially safety, punctuality, uniform requirements, and regulations for passenger transport and PMR activity.
  • •Conduct field tours and driving/quality audits, follow up dysfunctions, manage incidents and accident follow-up, and report observations to the Operations Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Bac to Bac +2 training, ideally in transport or management.
  • •Valid Permis B for at least 3 years, outside probation.
  • •Knowledge of passenger transport and its operational environment.
  • •Experience managing a team, ideally in a service-related role.
  • •Proficiency with Pack Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) for reporting; knowledge of transport operations tools (Voyagerr, Okapi, Keorisk) is a plus.
