Key Responsibilities

  • •Raise purchase orders for raw materials, components, and shipments, ensuring vendor payment on time.
  • •Coordinate national and international shipments to and from Florence with couriers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • •Prepare and manage import/export documentation in partnership with Trade Compliance.
  • •Maintain packing lists, sample order trackers, and seasonal reports to support visibility across teams.
  • •Track shipment and product development budgets and monitor development progress, including costs and delivery updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong administrative and organisational skills with a careful eye for detail and accuracy.
  • •Comfortable working with purchase orders, budgets, invoices, or cost tracking in a product-led environment.
  • •Able to build effective working relationships with internal teams, vendors, couriers, and finance partners.
  • •Clear and proactive communication while managing multiple priorities and sharing timely updates.
  • •Practical knowledge of SAP, Ariba, or similar systems would be beneficial.
