Job Summary

Partner with Account Success leadership to run ad-hoc business analysis across multiple data sets and tools, turning metrics into insights that guide targets, growth opportunities, and executive decisions. Collaborate with Account Success Operations/Technology and Business Intelligence teams to deliver Tableau dashboards and “run the business” support. Build executive presentations for global leadership and quarterly business reviews, and support GTM planning through data-driven strategy and FY planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools, interpreting KPIs to deliver recommendations to leadership.
•Evaluate business performance against targets to identify growth and opportunity areas.
•Collaborate with Account Success Operations/Technology and Business Intelligence teams to turn analyses into data sets and Tableau dashboards.
•Create executive-level presentations for global leadership reviews and support quarterly business reviews.
•Support GTM planning in partnership with Account Success Strategy & Programs and Business Intelligence teams.

•Strong business acumen with stakeholder management experience.
•Proficiency in business analysis and data visualization, translating complex information into clear insights.
•Excellent executive presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
•Customer Success strategy experience or 8+ years of professional experience in consulting or sales strategy/business operations roles.
•Solid understanding of Salesforce and applications, including Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, and Data Cloud.
