Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
  • •Own consolidated financial reporting for internal stakeholders, investors, auditors, and regulators.
  • •Manage the annual audit and coordination of federal/state tax returns across jurisdictions.
  • •Oversee treasury functions including cash management, forecasting, and banking relationships; supervise global payroll operations for compliance.
  • •Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, and Operations to refine budget reporting, variance analysis, and financial planning processes.

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; active CPA license required
  • •10-15 years of progressive accounting and finance experience with significant time in a Controller role
  • •Experience scaling operations in a lean team with process improvements and automation
  • •Experience with ERP and billing systems; knowledge of US GAAP and international accounting standards
  • •Experience managing annual audits with national accounting firms and multi-entity consolidation across jurisdictions
