Job Summary

Senior environmental consultant responsible for acquiring and delivering EHS projects (due diligence, audits, environmental impact assessments, and permitting). Based in a hybrid Den Haag office, you’ll lead large programs, develop the EHS market in the Netherlands, manage key accounts, and collaborate across lines to drive cross-selling and innovation for national and international clients in a sustainable energy transition.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop the EHS market and strengthen the Netherlands team with a focus on the environmental field.
•Help the team define vision, priorities, and strategy; lead large programs as senior adviser or technical expert.
•Sell the full EHS services portfolio and maintain relationships with key accounts.
•Act as a credible advisor for clients and colleagues; participate in policy/tech forums and strategic projects.
•Collaborate with other business lines to drive cross-selling and insourcing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
•Extensive experience in the environmental sector; HSE experience is a plus but not required.
•Excellent Dutch (C2/native) and English communication skills.

•Strong network and team spirit; experience with business development, bid writing, project and client management, leadership, and creating high-performance teams.
