Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop the EHS market and strengthen the Netherlands team with a focus on the environmental field.
  • •Help the team define vision, priorities, and strategy; lead large programs as senior adviser or technical expert.
  • •Sell the full EHS services portfolio and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • •Act as a credible advisor for clients and colleagues; participate in policy/tech forums and strategic projects.
  • •Collaborate with other business lines to drive cross-selling and insourcing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • •Extensive experience in the environmental sector; HSE experience is a plus but not required.
  • •Excellent Dutch (C2/native) and English communication skills.

  • •Strong network and team spirit; experience with business development, bid writing, project and client management, leadership, and creating high-performance teams.
