Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with HR, Division Leaders, and Facilities to track seating assignments, occupancy, and future headcount needs
  • •Develop stack plans, occupancy forecasts, and test fits to support growth, contraction, and reorganizations
  • •Maintain space data integrity within space management software, including allocations, assignments, and moves
  • •Collaborate with the workplace team to ensure seamless execution of seating changes and move coordination
  • •Analyze space utilization trends and provide reports to senior leadership and Real Estate teams

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in occupancy planning, corporate real estate, space planning, or workplace strategy
