Key Responsibilities

  • •Move furniture, supplies, and assets between the warehouse and buildings, including receiving and shipment handling.
  • •Install, disassemble, and reassemble systems furniture using manufacturer specifications and installation knowledge (e.g., modular workstations and conference room furniture).
  • •Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, and maintain detailed shipping/receiving logs and delivery documentation.
  • •Prepare and package items for shipment with shrink-wrapping and labeling, and coordinate delivery with customers (including obtaining required signatures).
  • •Conduct inventories of equipment and property; operate material handling equipment and follow safety protocols, including occasional weekend/after-hours work.
