Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage processes, contracts, and business relationships with current and future specialized component repair suppliers.
  • •Develop and execute sourcing strategies by analyzing supplier network performance and capacity on a periodic basis.
  • •Manage the RFP process (technical and commercial), including business case preparation, issuing/analyzing RFPs, and selecting new suppliers.
  • •Collaborate with specialized repair engineering to define required specialized repairs to meet P&WC needs.
  • •Lead contract activities and future negotiations, and manage industrialization and follow-ups for new repairs with selected suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master degree with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • •Studies in business, aeronautics, aerospace engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • •Strong project management skills and business sense.
  • •Strong technical/product knowledge related to engine components and repair equipment.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including very good English for daily reading, writing, and communication.
