Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-user support (Level 1) and advanced technical support to maintain service availability and performance.
  • •Install, configure, and maintain IT peripherals such as laptops, desktops, printers, and related devices.
  • •Monitor systems, networks, and equipment performance; identify malfunctions and implement timely corrective actions.
  • •Manage IT infrastructure services (Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) and ensure continuous system availability.

Key Requirements
