Key Responsibilities

•Drive the design delivery of highway projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to meet scope, budget and schedule.
•Lead design reviews and chair design team meetings, ensuring actions are completed and risks are managed.
•Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure compliance with DMRB, MCHW, TSRGD and related standards.
•Strengthen project management processes, manage RFIs and change control, and mitigate risks and delays.
•Maintain solid client relationships and ensure high-quality, on-time solutions across design stages.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
•Significant experience in managing and leading highway schemes, from major infrastructure projects to safety improvement works.
