Talent Acquisition Specialist

Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles, including intake with hiring managers, job profile management, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and handoff. Lead early careers recruiting (e.g., GMT traineeship) and organize career fairs and events. Build alternative sourcing channels for technical profiles and operators through partnerships with education providers, communities, and RPOs. Track TA KPIs via dashboards and support employer branding while ensuring quality, diversity, and inclusion.
