Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend appropriate solutions by maintaining in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and services.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities such as presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Preferred experience in the financial industry.
  • •Demonstrated ability to engage in sales activities to acquire and/or cross-sell to consumer household and small business customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
