Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product strategy for DroneStack and define a scalable, multi-customer roadmap across ISR, strike, hardware, and tooling.
  • •Conduct primary user research in the field, bases, and with international partners to understand operator workflows and inform product direction; travel up to 20% internationally.
  • •Identify patterns across customer engagements to turn one-off solutions into repeatable products and abstractions.
  • •Collaborate with engineering to design intuitive operator interfaces (mission control, mission planning, mission review) for non-technical users in the field.
  • •Balance near-term delivery with long-term product architecture by working with engineering leadership to shape the technical direction.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of product management experience across at least two different environments (industries, product types, company stages or customer segments).
  • •A track record of shipping products end-to-end—from research and strategy through design, build, launch, and iteration.
  • •Exceptional research instincts: ability to learn a market from scratch by talking to users, studying workflows, and synthesizing findings into actionable direction.
  • •Comfort with deep technical systems and technically complex products (hardware + software, real-time systems, developer tools, infrastructure).
  • •BS/BA degree in a technical or analytical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Economics, or similar); advanced degrees welcome.
